The following make up the general terms and conditions for orders of jewellery items from Dianna, Walks Between Worlds, and WBW Crystal & Stone Jewellery (also referred to as WBW Jewellery). It also covers the subdomain www.blog.walksbetweenworlds.com which functions as our Blog.
Your information is only ever used to send your orders to you and never for any other reason. Dianna will never sell your information onto a third party. Where you have signed up to the Walks Between Worlds or WBW Jewellery Shop Newsletter, your email address will be kept strictly confidential and never shared. Newsletters may include promotional items and some marketing specifically for Dianna's products and services.

All items are handmade and new. We do our best to package them well, and we also reuse packaging sometimes (like bubble wrap) in order to do our bit to help the environment.
Please note, while we do our best to represent the item as precisely as possible through our photographs, colours may appear slightly different on the screen due to camera lens and lighting.
Crystal descriptions given in the shop are based on Dianna's own energetic use, knowledge, and experience of working with crystals and gemstones. It is meant as a spiritual and emotional aid to wellbeing, and in no way replaces advice given to you from your medical health professional.

There are many ways to pay to suit many needs - we believe in giving you choice:
- If you checkout with PayPal, your transaction will appear as 'Bitten Fruit Books' or 'BFBooks' on your statement.
- If you checkout with Stripe, your transaction will appear as 'WBW Jewellery' or 'WBW' on your statement. WBW Jewellery will contribute 0.5% of your purchase to remove/offset CO₂ from the atmosphere when you pay using Stripe.
- It is also possible to pay by bank transfer - this is a popular option for those who collect their orders locally or for those who do not wish to use a payment processor, or do not like the above options. In this case, submit your order through using the Contact form and we will send you an invoice with bank transfer details.
- If you are local, you can pay in cash in-person. Please ask.
Coupons and Discount Codes
Any discount codes offered for use at checkout cannot be used with any other offer, and exclude shipping/postage costs.
UK items are sent within 48 hrs by one of the following options:
- 1st Class Royal Mail. This usually costs around £2.00
- Royal Mail 24hr Tracked service (no signature required). This usually costs around £4.00
For all other destinations worldwide, your order is sent by tracked & signed Airmail (via Royal Mail) or International Courier. We charge a flat rate fee of £12 for all international orders. Please check to see if your order is liable for import duty in your country - we are not responsible for additional taxes you might need to pay.
Any combined shipping discounts will be applied at checkout.
Special Notice: We have been experiencing issues sending (and receiving) items outside of the UK, for various reasons, due to the current global political climate. Please bear in mind that international orders may be delayed in transit.
Click and Collect
If you are local and have opted to collect your item, it will be ready for pick up from 48 hours after you place your order, during our regular business hours which are Monday to Friday between 10am and 5pm. In all cases, you must pre-book a collection time with us as we do not have the staff to cater for unnannounced visitors. We will send you an email after your order has been placed to arrange collection.
Returns are accepted within 30 days as long as all items are in their original, unused condition. Postage will not be refunded unless the item(s) is proved to have been damaged in the post. If this is the case, please contact Dianna straight away on receipt with photographs and details of the damage. Email her at email@example.com
To comply with hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns for earrings.
