It seems to me that fear is up at the moment. People sense change and either do their best to ignore it, or start projecting what they fear about it. Change is normal. Cycles are natural. Sometimes structures need to come tumbling down. Things are as they should be - although that does not mean we should not strive to make them better. Always strive to make things better.
Election time is looming in the US and UK. Do what you must about that, but don't get caught up in the drama (it really is drama and purposely fear-provoking). Floods and fires are taking place across the globe. It might be happening on your doorstep. Be kind and lend a hand to those who need it if you can. Be vigilant and safe. But do not fall into the trap of focusing on the fear. Look beyond what you see to greater things and possibilities.
Fear, fear, fear. Fear always comes from you. It is your response to triggers (an unafraid soul knows no trigger). It lives in the heart of the beholder. No one can actually instil fear in you - fear comes from you. I find this a security, personally. It's a huge comfort to know I can manage myself at any given time and take responsibility for all my emotions and actions, even in challenging circumstances. (No one's saying it's easy, by the way, although it can be as easy as you'd like it to be.)
You are an immortal being who travels through dimensions and realities at will. (Since you are on a site about angels and spiritual matters, I'm assuming you're familiar with this concept, even if you don't align with it. If you are not familiar, welcome to a whole other way of living. Bashar talks about this in a very relatable way.) Every second of every day you are shifting through realities, choosing the perspective you want to live with and live in - choosing the world you want to be (yes, be, for you are all the world, just as all the world is you). Choosing what you want to experience. So really ... what is there to be afraid of? Death? You're already dead in some respects - you are immortal, having a mortal experience. You are in heaven dreaming your earthly existence, thinking it's real because you have forgotten you're asleep. Pain? Pain is resistance to a process - sometimes necessary, but once we accept the pain is necessary, we are no longer resisting the process and the pain will ease. Change? Everything changes - it's the only constant. To be afraid of something that is the only constant is nonsensical and will not serve you.
What else do people fear? The list is endless: Loneliness, being friendless, not having children, having children, making mistakes, hurting others, being hated or despised, being wrongly accused, being imprisoned, abducted, hurt or violated. We fear being wrong, we fear being right. We fear failure and success in equal measures. We fear losing our loved ones; we fear losing our memory or intelligence, losing our health, becoming an invalid (and without validity). Mostly, we fear the idea of all those things. These things happen - of course they do. So do wonderful, amazing things, and often, the wonderful, amazing things come as a result of the horrible, nasty things - with a bit of effort and transformation.
Don't deride your fear - thank it for showing you what you need to work on - recognise it and acknowledge it, but do work on it. Work to transform the fear out of existence once and for all because the only thing to fear is fear itself. Fear will hold you back from everything. Fear tries to arrest the natural flow of your life, and your reunion with the Source of who you are. Fear stops you realising your role as the co-creator of the world.
Yet, fears are valid in the third dimension (and fourth dimension), because they teach you how to work through shadow, which is a must if you want to raise your vibrational frequency of living. Fears become frightening when we deny them - they'll just get bigger. They are there for a reason. They are the soulmate teaching you a hard lesson. Befriend your fear; love your fear; then let it go - say goodbye for good - and watch yourself become free of its grasp as you rise to the next level of being.
Lastly, don't feed your fear. Remove yourself from its food - TV, social media , negative people - and anything that tries to bring down your vibrational shift and ways of thinking. If you cannot remove yourself from those things, you're going to have be extra-aware, and try extra-hard not to feed your fears with them. Watch your words and your mental script:
"Why does this always happen to me?"
"I hate this about life." (Hate is an awful word to keep saying - why say it?)
"I'm the unlucky one."
"Everyone always has it better than me."
"They're so lucky."
And countless other phrases - think about them. Think about what you're saying to yourself. Think about how you're treating yourself. Would you say the above to others? Let's see....
"Why does this always happen to you?"
"I hate this about your life."
"You're the unlucky one."
"Everyone always has it better than you."
"They're so much luckier than you."
Treat yourself better. You may even find that most of your fears disappear with a change in script - that's all it takes sometimes. A change in thought; a change in consciousness.
If you want to change the world for the better - this is how you do it. You start with your world. You.
